No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds on any products once purchased.
Exchanges
Products may only be exchanged under the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and unopened
• The original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• The exchange request must be made within 5 days of purchase
• Proof of purchase must be provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos for verification before processing an exchange.

Founded in 2022, Riah Lee Cosmetics was born from personal experience, resilience, and a deep desire for safe, effective skincare.
